To that, moving down the list, the kitchen adds pepperoni, Calabrian salami, artichokes, ham, mushrooms, olives, arugula, bresaola, prosciutto, sausage — even anchovies and smoked salmon. But then, when it comes to eccentric pizza, there may be nothing to compare with Tom Seefurth’s Mamma Mia Pizza Beer — beer-flavored with oregano, basil, tomato sauce and garlic.
